Tristha Ramamurthy grew up in a home where education wasn’t just valued—it was lived. Her mother quietly sparked a revolution by starting a small school in the family’s guava orchard, a space that blossomed into a growing network of institutions. Her father, a decorated IPS officer and academic leader, modelled the strength and integrity that would later shape her own path. With such tall role models around her, Tristha’s journey into education felt both natural and deeply personal.

From her earliest days spent in classrooms built by her family to earning degrees from Singapore Management University, Stanford University, King’s College London, and Harvard Business School. She has carried one constant—an unshakable belief that education must evolve. At 23, she founded Ekya Schools with the vision to reimagine learning in India, blending research, design thinking, and global pedagogies with local insight and empathy.
